Scope of Warranty
Full Stroller Warranty: From the date of purchase, we offer a 360-day warranty covering any non-human damage or quality issues. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the stroller itself.
Accessory Warranty: Stroller accessories (e.g., wheels, seats, canopies) are covered by a 180-day warranty, applicable to non-human damage.
Exclusions from Warranty
Normal Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear from daily use (e.g., tire wear, fabric fading) is not covered under the warranty.
Human Damage: Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or negligence (e.g., overloading, impact, dropping) is not covered under the warranty.
Failure to Follow Instructions: The warranty will be void if the product is not used or maintained according to the instructions in the manual.
